In the screenshot below I have around 126 Unique Patterns altogether in the sequencer, lord knows how many Patterns there are in the picture alone in total overall. Anyone who gives me a numbers gets a free e-hug for being awesome.
The amount showed in the Pic is probably around 70% of the track no problem. Alot of the second half is going to be changed around aswell as the Chorus to beefen up, Dialogue to record and then I will have to export 24 Mixer WAV Stems, master even stem individually in Audition CC, record vocals and then 'might' be along the lines of finished.
Shame I have family, neighbours & my sleep pattern to account for otherwise I'd have my ADAM A5X's up nice and loud at 3am no problem. Hope no one expects me to go out on Friday/Saturday, I'm probably going to be OD'd on Strong Tea & malnourished from the lack of leaving my desk to get to the Kitchen (which is 6 steps away precisely from my desk. Yes I counted). If there is one thing I will promise anyone interested in this track, whether you may like it or not is that it will be long, grand and will tell a story at an Absolute minimum. Due to hardware limitations I am unable to go Ridiculously over-the-top with the amount of Softsynths I can run (PC is frying currently). I could bounce but I change shit around too much. Oh well, I might have to cope with what I have at the moment.
All the Gladiator instances are running patches I specifically designed for tracks like this. Desperate, desolate, empty, soul-sucking and cold. Just like my alter-online personality sometimes. The 'WURV' one might interest some of you out there, that's actually Arturia's Wurlitzer-V VST with the Piano ran through a Tube Amp & some Vintage-Modelled EQ & Compression (i.e. Waves V-EQ & VComp, turn the output up to Colour the sound, EQ it afterwards at fixed bands and you are good to go!). Very nice sound, one of my favorite leads I've ever got together.
One day since I have the Arturia V-Collection I will get around to doing some cheesey 80's piece or something. LichLord style of course. Think of Green Aliens in Flying saucers being blown up by curly-haired blonde females in Millitary uniform. Now imagine it in music... BOOM, idea ready to go.
For now though: Pattern Pic. Aplogies if you can't see it all.
